Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the OTP verification process to create a new password securely.
KYC verification helps secure your account and is required to access fiat deposits, higher withdrawal limits, crypto trading, and other regulated financial services on Apex.
Go to Profile > Login & Security > Passkey & Biometrics, then follow the on-screen instructions to activate secure authentication.
Immediately change your password, disable active sessions if possible, and contact Apex Network Support through the app or official support channels for urgent assistance.
